YELLOWMAN BIO
Known as an award winning artist, Yellowman is well versed in many mediums, but is well known for his dynamic acrylics and intricate watercolors. His work captures Native beauty through depicting their fierceness, strength, and regalia.
Yellowman credits his artistic talents to God and his family. His mother and aunts are extraordinary weavers and bead workers. At an early age, he showed talent in drawing and painting, giving him a strong foundation for his future career.
Not only a master of his craft, Yellowman is also an avid public speaker concerning Native American Rights, traditions, history, and art. During his early art career his time was occupied with teaching art at the old Albuquerque Indian School, where he taught up and coming Native artists. Lately, Yellowman has added actor to his list of talents which he has pursued with the assistance of his agent Jenny Saks of Nass Talent Agency.
